About me:

I am a second-generation State Farm Agent, my father was an agent in Virginia for 37 years. I grew up hearing all about State Farm and learned about auto insurance policies, what underwriter's do, etc. I remember my dad's customers calling our home on weekends to let him know they'd traded cars...I knew at a young age what questions to ask to make sure they had what they needed. It seemed only natural for me to seek a career path with State Farm. My brother is also an agent, he took over my dad's office in Collinsville, Virginia when he retired. I was born with State Farm in my blood!

I graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. My agency career with State Farm started in 1994 and I truly enjoy what I do. I've been married since 1988 to my husband Chris and we have two beautiful grown daughters, Sydney and Lyndsey . We have 3 grandchildren and becoming a grandparent has changed our life! I love reading and audiobooks as well. Chris and I both love dogs and traveling.
